By accessing or using Edge Signal (the "Site," "Service," or "we"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Financial Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

Edge Signal is an informational stock screening tool that uses a proprietary algorithmic scoring engine to surface publicly-traded equities that meet certain quantitative criteria. The Service delivers daily algorithmic picks, historical data, and related market information for educational purposes only.

The Service does NOT:

• ▸ Act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary

You agree not to use the Site for any of the following purposes:

• ▸ Redistributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting any content, picks, or signals from the Site without express written permission
• ▸ Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of Site content via bots, scripts, or other automated means
• ▸ Using the Site's picks as the sole basis for investment decisions without independent due diligence
• ▸ Publishing or broadcasting Site content as your own investment advice or research
• ▸ Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Site's proprietary scoring algorithms
• ▸ Interfering with or disrupting the Site's infrastructure or security
• ▸ Using the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• ▸ Impersonating Edge Signal or misrepresenting your affiliation with the Site

All content on the Site, including but not limited to the algorithmic scoring methodology, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Edge Signal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Edge Signal's intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. EDGE SIGNAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGE SIGNAL, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EDGE SIGNAL'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00), IT BEING UNDERSTOOD THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge Signal and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any investment decision you make based on content from the Site.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND EDGE SIGNAL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
